Helium Mobile Giveaway Rules
Eligibility: Open to individuals 18+ years old, located in the United States at entry. Excludes employees of Nova Labs, Inc., its Affiliates, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household.
Contest Period: Begins on Sunday, May 5th, 2024 and ends Sunday, May 12th, 2024 at 11:59 PM PT. All entries must be received by Sunday, May 12th, 2024 at 11:59 PM PT.
How to Enter: Enter via the online form at here or here. Entries must meet all requirements to be eligible. Incomplete or non-compliant entries may be disqualified. Limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person, or use of automated entry methods, will be voided.
Prizes: Selected winners will receive a gift card for the remaining balance of their phone, as well as six months free of Helium Mobile’s Unlimited Plan. Prize substitution is at Nova Labs, Inc.'s discretion. Prizes are nontransferable. Winners responsible for all associated taxes and expenses.
Odds of Winning: Dependent on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winners chosen randomly from the pool of completed survey respondents under Nova Labs, Inc.'s supervision. Notification within five days via email. Failure to respond or provide required information within five business days results in forfeiture.
Prize Value: Aggregate value of prizes under $5,000. Value of each individual prize under $600.
Rights Granted: By entering, you permit Nova Labs, Inc. and its partners to use your entry and personal details, including your email address, for promotional purposes without compensation.
Terms & Conditions: Nova Labs, Inc. may cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway due to unforeseen circumstances.
Limitation of Liability: Entrants release Nova Labs, Inc. from liability for any harm, loss, or damages arising from participation or prize acceptance.
Disputes: Governed by laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes resolved individually in the State and County of New York, USA.
