To submit an FCC Safe Connection Act (SCA) Line Separation request as a survivor, contact Customer Service through the online support chat, by leaving a voice message at (855) 775-6895 or 855-PPL-NTWK, or by sending a written notice to support@hellohelium.com. Our support desk will work with you to complete the request. You will be required to verify your identity. You will be able to obtain your own prepaid line and choose a suitable plan from the Helium Mobile commercially available plans. The SCA does not permit covered providers to make a line separation conditional upon the imposition of penalties, fees, or other requirements or limitations.
You may be eligible for support from Lifeline. The Lifeline program is a federal program that provides a monthly discount on phone or internet services for eligible subscribers. A subscriber’s participation in the Lifeline program based on their status as a survivor will be limited to six months unless otherwise qualified.
